Your ideas, your goals, your experiences, all as part of this prodigious position.175 seat restaurant with over 8000 square feet of spaceCurrent Staffing: 48 persons including culinaryLocation: NW Washington DC business district2.1 miles from White House and United States Museum portfolioResponsibilities IncludeCreating the culture for the restaurantSetting the standards and maintaining the standard operating proceduresManage the COGS for labor, beverage program & work with CDC to ensure cost controlsAssist on menu developmentCreate and set the pace for marketing, social media & business developmentHaving the ability to complete targeted goals and created programsHire new staffTrain new front of the house staffMaintain protocols of accountability for front of the house staffImplement an going training program for front of the house staffConduct quarterly one on ones with staffingWork with Bar Manager on existing beverage program and develop new productsWork extensively with ownership on business development and maintaining principles and goalsWork with Director of Events on private event development and execution with over 180 events per yearStrengthen relationships with purveyors and vendors to ensure quality and price controls.For The GuestDeliver highest quality experiencePlan and update existing or new menusSet standards for steps of serviceProgram POS system updates(Toast)
